Atlanta, Georgia- November 2016- Peak Performance Technologies, Inc. has signed a contract to provide Change Management and Business Transformation consulting services in support of an Oracle HCM, Finance and Supply Chain implementation for a large city government.    Peak will be responsible for creating a program model that includes the following components:   Stakeholder analysis, cultural alignment, policy and process reengineering, reimagining the role of technology, streamling segregation of duties, assessing compensation models and associated skill sets, creating a sustainable end user training program and rebuilding a production support model.     The consultants will report directly to the customer's Chief Information Officer and ultimately collaborate with the ERP implementation team to collaborate on all tasks/deliverables and milestones.
