Atlanta, Georgia- August 17, 2015- Peak Performance Technologies, Inc. has signed a statement of work to provide targeted consulting services in support of a year end strategic planning initiative.  The initial scope of work will include evaluating the current use of technology across the campus and identifying gaps in the tools and user’s skills.   Additionally, the assessment will look at existing policies and user procedures to identify opportunities for process improvements.   The client expects the consulting team to create a portfolio of projects complete with timelines, resource estimates and known constraints to help facilitate strategic budgeting activities.
